(Sparta Guard) Polished Concrete Sealer is a colloidal-based formula that is meant to be used on polished concrete  that has cured for at least 28 days (about 4 weeks), it gives a truly clear high gloss finish when burnished & protects against stains & moisture infiltration to slab, works very well with grind & seal as well to remove  dust off,  abrasion-resistant, UV stable to aid in protecting colorants & dyes from fading. Effortless application with a microfiber mop & sprayer. Coverage rate 1500-2000 sqf per gallon depending on floor prep.
