(Sparta Guard) Platinum concrete sealer is a solvent based Poly siloxane water and stain repellant that is a spec grade product that protects against damage due to penetration by water and waterborne chemicals, this is not a surface coating it penetrates up to ¼"or more into treated surfaces and bonds to the silicas and substrate to provide long lasting protection even at hairline cracks and has a high resistance to wind driven rain and withstands freeze thaw conditions and resists salt damage and leaves surface its natural  appearance, (Sparta Guard) Platinum  can be used on most vertical or horizontal , exterior above grade surfaces. Effortless application with airless pump sprayer. 

Coverage rate 50-250 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity.
