(Sparta Guard) Concrete Sealer is a water-based Silane-Siloxane formula, an architectural spec-grade water & stain repellant that can be used horizontally & vertically. This sealer protects porous concrete surfaces. It penetrates & reacts with the silica in the concrete & bonds to make an integral part of the substrate & provides long-term protection. Ready-to-use, no mixing, effortless application with sprayer, roller, or brush. Leaves the substrate its natural finish. Coverage rate 800-1000 per gallon.
